Quinton Hogg - Founder
In 1875, Quinton Hogg of London obtained possession of the limeworks at Ballylig, Magheramorne and soon afterwards made provision for a missionary to labour among his workers employed at the quarries.
Sequence & Old Time Dancing
The Old Time Dance class presented cheques, each for £500 to the Children's Heartbeat Trust and CRY (Cardiac Risk in Young).Receiving the money for CRY were Janet and David Ross from Islandmagee while the Children's Heartbeat Trust was represented by Mark Paisley and Jennifer Wright with baby Charlotte. Lynsey Montgomery, on behalf of the Sunday School, also received £120 to help fund the school's trip to Portrush.
